it was an ok tourney. went against some good guys, won some lost some. would have really liked to have done better, but i felt ok over all. i wish i could really do over my one bjj match, but the other 4 no gi i am fairly happy with.

this kind of thing is why competing can help your game. i went in there like i normally do wanting to win (of course) but a big part of competing is walking away win or lose with some things you know you need to work on to take your game to the next level. in that regard, it was good. i definetely have some things that i now know i need to work on and i wont get caught off guard by them again.

Oscar, I think Ben said Copa NoVa has another tournament in Richmond on January 19th. It's apparently better run than this previous one.
