Women's ONLY Open Mat In Richmond

Ladies of Capital Jiu-Jitsu!

You just received a special invitation to head down to Richmond on Saturday, January 26, 2008 to Revolution BJJ (www.revolutionbjj.com) for a women's only open training session!

Here is the official itinerary:
Regular class (men and women welcome) from 12-2
Women's open mat starts at 2 (the guys have to leave then)

If people want to stay over in Richmond, the folks at Revolution should be able to find crash space for you.

There is also a women's class on Sunday morning at Richmond BJJ.

We are really excited about the open mat!! At last count, there were about 25 women coming, from all over the place. There are a few coming up from NC, several coming down from DC/NoVA, one from West Virginia, a few from Philly, and Valerie Worthington is flying out from LA. Oh, and a group of 4-5 are talking about making a road trip up from Tampa, too! I can't wait!!
