I'll provide any member of Capital (student or coach) with ONE FREE MONTH tuition for submitting the BEST "Capital SNOWPOCALYPSE/SNOWMAGEDDON Workout".
This can be a CrossFit style "shoveling for time" WOD. MMA work on the local Snowmen. Muay Thai low kicks on the snow covered banana trees in Kru's back yard. Anything goes so long as Capital is displayed/mentioned in some way in the video (logo on shirt, vocally named, logo placed into video, snowman wearing CJJ hat....) Any "sponsored athlete" (not paying tuition) can give their free month away if they win!
Athletes must post the video to the Capital facebook page or to this thread.
May the best crazed Capital member win!

As much as Brian G and Matt Chrestman are BAMFs, Catherine WINS the Snowpocalypse Video Contest! The panel of judges (my wife Kathy) determined that her video kicks ass. Congrats Catherine on the free month of training .
Oh, and Brian G and Matt Chrestman, you guys get $20 to use on anything in the school store
