I will be hosting the next Sports Performance Series workshop in my office (Old Town location) on Tuesday, June 28th @ 6:00pm.
If you have been on the receiving end of an arm bar, kimura or americana, you don't want to miss this! Or...
If you are a CrossFitter and you have had hand numbness while doing overhead squats, a sharp stabbing pain while doing pull-ups...You too don't wnat to miss out!
