Hey guys,

Morrison was gracious enough to accommodate me during the day. I couldn't make the evening open mat times, so he offered to spar takedowns and grappling for a half hour or so yesterday. We did 3 rounds, and then BS'd for a while in his back office. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences, and hope to make it back there one or two more times this week.
