Folks -
You guys all did an awesome job. I’m so proud of everyone who came out for the final measurements — even a few of you who knew you had trouble staying committed.
Every time we do one of these challenges, I find myself more and more amazed with the results. This challenge I had individuals come to me with health improvements such as:
“I can breathe out of my left nostril for the first time in my whole life!”
“I’m sleeping so much better.”
“I’m hitting PRs in all of my WODs.”
“My blood pressure is way down.”
“My performance in my endurance races has improved tremendously.”
“I haven’t felt this good my entire life.”
I hope you all learned some valuable nutrition lessons that you can pass on to others.
So now for the winners...
We have 1 overall winner from Loudoun and one from OT. They are the ones whom had the highest % improvement from their initial starting point.
In case you each want to calculate your % improvement, it’s easy. Just subtract your ending bodyfat from your starting bodyfat %. Then divide that # by your starting bodyfat %. I provided you each with this info in your emails. So if you started at 20% and ended at 15%, the calculation is:
(20-15) / 20 = 25% improvement
The Loudoun winner is Nate Gonzales. Nate had a 37.9% improvement from his starting point.
The OT winner is Praveen Ramlingam. Praveen had a 39.7% improvement from start.
Congrats to both of you! You each win 1 month free membership at CJJ!
Honorable mentions go out to the top 3 men and top 3 women from each facility:
Loudoun Men:
1) Nate G
2) Brian Bredemeier
3) Steve Shepherd
Loudoun Women:
1) Kindra Womack
2) Marcy Gallagher
3) Jenn Shepherd
OT Men:

2) Matthew Freeman
3) Kevin O’Connor

Again — Congrats to everyone – Great job!
