Vinyard did an amazing job dominating the first round, and the beginning of the second round. In fact he was all cylinders, until he fell into a Triangle Choke, and got subbed. This Thursday's MMA class will be all sub defense!

Bummer, just watched all the videos, well, there's always a lesson. Fedor lost in a similar fashion I think. Train hard, fight hard!
