I am looking for training partners in preparation for the October Copa Nova. Jeremey recommended the following training schedule:

Monday. Crossfit, light drilling, no sparring
Tuesday. Hard sparring. Shocked
Wednesday. Crossfit, light drilling, no sparring
Thursday. Rest.
Friday. Crossfit, light drilling, no sparring.
Saturday. Hard sparring. Shocked
Sunday. Rest.

I'd like to focus on repetition training on the light drilling days. Perhaps one move 100 times, and then two other moves 20 times each. I'll probably save sparring for class, but I'm happy to sparr with training partners as well. But last time I trained for Copa I was sparring everyday and I think I overtrained.

Anyone interested and/or have suggestions? Thanks! Razz Brett

Do you go to the Alexandria school? What times will you be there?
