Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals ("RGJJ") classes are for those students who desire to learn the proven techniques of the Gracie family. The complete art of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is taught, including techniques for self-defense, ground grappling, throwing and basic striking. Fundamentals Classes are open to all Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu students. Advanced Classes are open to students with the rank of 4-Stripe While Belts and higher.

Jiu-Jitsu Sparring classes are classes where students are paired up to spar with one another. During these classes students are encouraged to use the techniques they have learned to play the game of Jiu-Jitsu. Students are paired up for between 3 and 6 rounds lasting 8 minutes each.

No-Gi Wrestling Takedowns ("Wrestling") classes are open to Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu students of all levels who wish to learn wrestling takedowns and practice No-Gi/Submission Wrestling.

Open Training Policy: Want to train outside of class? Remember, Capital Jiu-Jitsu maintains a generous Open Training Policy: whenever a CJJ academy is open, members of CJJ may use available mat space for open training. Open training is an opportunity for students of all levels to meet and train Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts and all of CJJ's fighters take advantage of the open training time.

* Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or holiday observance. If Fairfax Public Schools are closed then so are we.
