Open Training Policy
Want to train outside of class? Remember, Capital Jiu-Jitsu maintains a generous Open Training Policy: whenever a CJJ academy is open, members of CJJ may use available mat space for open training. When you join Northern Virginia's premiere Academy of Mixed Martial Arts and Elite Fitness anytime during office hours to hone your MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Self-Defense and conditioning skills. Meeting up with friends during out 80-plus hours per week of open training time will accelerate your learning curve and help you achieve all your goals.
