Capital Main WOD classes cover the Capital workout of the day.

CrossFit Fundamental Movements covers the basic movements in CrossFit.

ºBarbells, Dumbells and Kettlebells Classes focus on strength and power movements. CrossFit Capital prescribes that fitness athletes who are struggling with strength and power gains cycle in 1 month of this class every third month.

*The CrossFit Community and Zone Friendly Brunch is open to everyone, including non-members.

* Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or holiday observance. If Fairfax Public Schools are closed then so are we.
