Capital Jiu-Jitsu In-House Tournament on December 2nd
November 14, 2006
The Capital Jiu-Jitsu In-House Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, December 2nd, 2006. Adult and Children's divisions are open ONLY to current members of Capital Jiu-Jitsu. Preregistration forms are available; sign up now and compete. For detailed info click here or see the extended entry.
This time we're having 3 kids' divisions and 7 adults' divisions, as well as a superfight between verteran Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts competitor Lamonte "Big Monte" Tyler and Capital Jiu-Jitsu's own Michael "Big Mike" Sanders. As the nicknames make clear, these are two big boys from middle Virginia and Washington DC, respectively. Both are experienced martial artists and their match will be fun to watch.
The tournament will be small and you'll be among friends, so it will be a fun way to spend a Saturday doing Jiu-Jitsu in Alexandria getting your feet wet in competition.
