The last She'Safe seminar was a great success, and it's already time to expand on those techniques and have fun doing it. Jiu-Jitsu is, without a doubt, the single most effective martial art, especially for women. The women-only She'Safe seminars give interested women the opportunity to get their feet wet in the art and learn some life-saving self-defense skills in a comfortable, unitimidating training environment.
