Thanks to Rodrigo Gracie

Rodrigo Gracie visited Capital Jiu-Jitsu on November 11th and 12th, teaching classes for children and adults, covering no gi, Mixed Martial Arts (mma) and Jiu-Jitsu. Everyone had a great time and Rodrigo shared some amazing techniques and insights. After Saturday's training, the team headed through Arlington for dinner in Washington DC. Thanks Rodrigo.
