Capital Jiu-Jitsu In-House Grappling Tournament Results
December 04, 2006
The CJJ In-house tournament, held at our main school in Alexandria, was a great success. BJJ competitors came in from Arlington and DC as well as several students from Manassas. Everyone showed great technique and Taylor Dixon stood out, winning his weight and the absolute division.
See the complete results and two of Taylors matches from the absolute division. Thanks to Tomas for the video.

Capital Jiu-Jitsu students regularly compete in tournaments such as NAGA (North American Grapplers Association) and Grapplers Quest which invovle a lot of traveling and expense. This time, CJJ headquarters in Alexandria hosted an in-house tournament for our students so no one had to travel outside the DC area to get a taste for what Jiu-Jitsu competition is like. With 7 divisions for adults, and kids' martial arts brackets, everyone was able to have fun and enjoy the friendly, team atmosphere.
