Early UFC Video

Here's a video documenting the early days of the UFC. This was originally aired on ESPN, and it contains interviews with Rorion Gracie, Ken Shamrock and "Big" John McCarthy. Capital Jiu-Jitsu is the only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA academy in the the Washington DC area, including Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax, that is certified as a Royce Gracie Netowrk Chapter.
