She'Safe Seminar Review, 5/17/07

May 19, 2007

2007's second She'Safe seminar took place this week at Capital Jiu-Jitsu headquarters in Alexandria. Women traveled from all over the Washington DC metro area to participate in CJJ's hybrid self-defense program made up of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques that are specifically tailored to meet the self-defense needs of women. Students of all ages attended the class-- teenagers to housewives traveled from Arlington, Fairfax, Southern Maryland, Falls Church and DC to participate.

She'Safe seminars occur quarterly and each one has a unique curriculum. If you missed this one, email us to receive our newsletter.
