Royler Gracie Seminar Review
Royler put on two excellent workshops this weekend during his first ever visit to Capital Jiu-Jitsu. He not only showed some great techniques but also took the time to answer lots of questions. This was one of the most fun, relaxed seminars we've had at Capital -- seeing a world-class Jiu-Jitsu and MMA practitioner who is also a world-class teacher is a privilege.
Several C2 Jiu-Jitsu students also made the trip from Manassas, South Riding, Stone Ridge, Brambleton, Sterling, Chantilly and Centreville to train Brazilian/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Num Seminar Review
Thanks to Num and Mimy for bringing Fairtex Muay Thai back to Capital Jiu-Jitsu Alexandria. Num taught an awesome seminar, covering strategy and technique. Afterwords, everyone headed out for a night of fun.
Fairtex is the world's leading Muay Thai academy and having a world champion instructor like Num visit CJJ is one of the reasons why Capital Jiu-Jitsu is the premiere school of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai in the Washington DC area, including Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland.

CJJ: Home to a #1 Ranked Grappler
CJJ's Taylor Dixon is RATED #1 in the 2007 World Jiu-Jitsu Rankings for the BJJ Men's Blue Belt Heavy division. Taylor has brought home gold in every tournament he's entered in 2007 and hasn't lost a blue belt match in a long time.
There's no secret product behind his success, just smart training. Taylor attends classes, trains consistently, listens to his coaches and goes to tournaments.
