KYRA GRACIE will be at CJJ on Saturday, August 18th!
This will be a women's only seminar taught by the top ranked women's competitor in the WORLD. Women of all levels are welcome! Kyra has blazed the trail for women in BJJ and submission grappling - don't miss the chance to train with this amazing competitor.

Saturday, August 18th
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu / MIXED LEVELS from 3:00pm - 5:00pm = $FREE$
Though this is a FREE seminar, please read about SharedHope.org to find out about how a donation from you can help girls and women around the world! Also, you don't need to be taking the seminar to donate money towards this very worthy cause. Capital Jiu-Jitsu will add up all the donations on August 20th; that evening we'll be making our charitable contribution to SharedHope.org.
