Mac Danzig MMA Seminars Review

Pro MMA Fighter and Ultimate Figher (TUF) contestant Mac Danzig was kind enough to visit Capital Jiu-Jitsu's Alexandria/Arlington location for three days of free seminars. Mac showed many of the techniques that have brought him success in King of the Cage, Pride and now the UFC. There were over 50 students on the mat for each class, and everyone left with new technical insights into MMA-- Mac covered everything from striking on the ground, to submissions, to standing up when pressed against the cage. The timing of the Mac's visit couldn't have been better, as he arrived at Capital the night after the season premiere of the Ultimate Fighter aired, in which he defeated Matt Serra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Joe Scarola via triangle choke submission.
