Capital Jiu-Jitsu's next She'Safe women's self-defense class will take place on November 15th from 6.00 - 7.00pm at CJJ's Old Town Alexandria/Arlington location. The cost for non-members of CJJ is only $15. Call 703.346.8828 to reserve a spot.

She'Safe Seminars are held quarterly and are open to all interested women. This seminar will cover NEW TECHNIQUES from our women's defense cirriculum. Attendees will leave with a resource page outlining the course material, a renewed sense of confidence and potentially life-saving knowledge.

Today's headlines make it clear that attacks and assaults can happen to anyone, anywhere. We want to stop the statistics! That's why Capital Jiu-Jitsu is proud to present another She'Safe class, a one-hour self-defense seminar specifically designed for women. She'Safe is the only women's self-defense course offered in the Washington DC area that utilizes the proven techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a curriculum designed specifically for women. Our program addresses all ranges of combat with particular emphasis placed on grappling, the most crucial, yet most overlooked area of women's self-defense.
