Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt Jon Burke finished up his visit to CJJ on Wednesday. He was nice enough to teach several free beginner and advanced BJJ and No-Gi Submission Wrestling classes while visiting NOVA from Orlando. Jon began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu before the first UFC and, in addition to being one of Royce Gracie's first black belts, spent several years teaching at the Gracie Academy. His knowledge and grappling experience helped everyone out who attended his classes. We hope to have Jon back to the Washington DC area when Capital Jiu-Jitsu Loudoun-Dulles opens near South Riding, Brambleton and Sterling. We'll be offering programs in BJJ, CrossFit, Kid-Jitsu and Muay Thai, She'Safe, Yoga, CrossFit Kids and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Jon also promoted several Capital Jiu-Jitsu students, including Alex Kallis to BJJ Purple Belt. See below for the full list of promotions.
