Several Capital Jiu-Jitsu members competed in Sterling Virginia this weekend at the Copa Nova, in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling. Everyone had a great showing and several brought home medals.

Next to Landsdowne, Sterling, Dulles, South Riding, Brambleton, Ashburn, Middleburg, Arcola, and Stoneridge, the Copa Nova gave everyone at Capital Jiu-Jitsu Academy Loudoun County and Alexandria/Arlington the chance to compete in a BJJ/Grappling tournament without have to travel far outside the Washington DC metro area.
