CJJ Annual Picnic Review

Capital Jiu-Jitsu held its second annual team picnic on July 20th at Burke Lake Park. Open to the entire CJJ community, members of both CJJ Old Town Alexandria/Arlington and Loudoun-Dulles were able to take a break from MMA training and enjoy a fun Sunday afternoon cooking out, playing games and socializing. Even with two locations in Northern Virginia and hundreds of men, women and children training everything from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense and Mixed Martial Arts, to Yoga, CrossFit and She'Safe Women's Self-Defense, CJJ feels like a large family. And, if you missed the fun this year, don't worry - there's always something going on at CJJ.
