Mike Snyder Wins His Muay Thai Fight

Mike had an awesome showing this weekend at the Washington DC Asian Festival, winning by TKO in the third round. Mike has been training lots of Muay Thai and CrossFit at Capital Jiu-Jitsu, and his hard work paid off in this fight. Several members of Capital Jiu-Jitsu Old Town Alexandria and Jerry Hill's Old Town CrossFit Challenge attended the festival to support Mike, making for a fun afternoon of kickboxing.
