Rodrigo Gracie Classes in NOVA - Review

Rodrigo Gracie made another visit to Capital Jiu-Jitsu this weekend, teaching Gi, No Gi and Mixed Martial Arts classes at CJJ Loudoun and CJJ Old Town. The seminars were full of great tips and techniques, and Rodrigo generously arrived early to devote some time to working with CJJ's MMA fighters, even cornering the fighters in Fredericksburg. Congrats to all the new blue belts and to Andy Smith on receiving his purple belt from Rodrigo.
