Rodrigo Gracie at CJJ Feb 18th-20th

ADCC submission wrestling and Pride MMA champion Rodrigo Gracie will visit Capital Jiu-Jitsu on February 18th - 20th to teach Gi and No-Gi classes. Sign up in person at Capital Jiu-Jitsu Loudoun or Alexandria. Don't miss this chance to train with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Gracie family member.
