The first ever CrossFit Capital Jiu-Jitsu In-House Games took place March 25th-28th at CJJ Loudoun County in Sterling Virginia. Competitors completed three WOD's for the event. If you missed out on the in-house games this time, don't worry: CJJ is making these a regular, bi-annual event.
