Rodrigo Gracie Seminar Review

ADCC Submission Wrestling champion and MMA competitor Rodrigo Gracie made another trip to CJJ Loudoun and Alexandria last weekend to teach both gi and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu. Rodrigo generously planned his visit to coincide with Iman's UWC fight and even taught a free Mixed Martial Arts class for CJJ's fighters.
