Copa Nova Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament This Weekend
This Saturday in Ashburn, VA, another Copa Nova Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling tournament will take place with several members of Capital Jiu-Jitsu participating. It's not too late to Pre-Register for this local, Northern Virginia event.
Artur Kyshenko Seminar July 31st and August 1st
Professional Ukranian welterweight Thai Boxer Artur Kyshenko will be at CJJ July 31st & August 1st! This is a great opportunity to train with a K-1 and IFMA veteran right here in Northern Virginia.

Artur will be doing a two hour Advanced class on Friday, July 31st, at our ALEXANDRIA facility and a two hour Fundamentals class on Saturday, August 1st, at our LOUDOUN facility.
